E3 prediction:Nintendo

I am going to give you a short prediction of what i expect from Nintendo tomorrow at E3 2008. First up is the Wii and one of the games Nintendo will announce Kid Icarus for the Wii, then they will announce some new channels for the Wii, maybe a new pikmin or star fox game.Animal Crossing Wii and the big suprise for the Wii games wise they will show us Zelda Wii Trailer.Of course they will talk about sales for the Wii Virtual Console and Wiiware.For the Nintendo DS/Lite we will most likely see a New Super Mario Bros. 2, Sales talk will always be a must, a new DS Game never before played, and maybe a big suprise for the DS as well.I don't expect everything to come true so you know.Nintendo's E3 2008 Press Conference starts tomorrow at 12PM EST or 9AM PST so be ready.I will indeed find a live streamed video for those who don't get G4 or who hate to go to IGN or Gamespot.I will most likely link you to Video Coverage from G4.But if you want to see the coverage that happened today go to http://www.g4tv.com/e3 or i will link you to it tomorrow early before it happens.

E3 Preview Day 3:E3 2007 Wii and DS not so great year for the Core fan

Nintendo's E3 2007 Press Conference started off with an animated NES talking about every time a new console came out that it sits on a shelf as a collectable.Then the Video shows how good the Wii and DS/Lite have been doing.After the video Reggie comes out and says My name is Reggie and i am happy to us today is more then just a press conference or a business meeting.Reggie talked sales for a bit.Then he talks about how we have new gamers.He then talks yet about Sales for the Wii and DS.After all of the sales talk Reggie shows off the Wii Zapper.He then says that it will be launched later that year for a msrp of 19.95.After the Wii Zapper talk he moved on to the Wii and DS games.He talked about SSBB and said that it would launch on December 3rd in 2007.But we all know that would end up being a false statement as we all would come to find out since it got delayed.After that Reggie announced Mario Kart Wii and the crown cheered for the first time that year during Nintendo's Press Conference.We would then see the game for a bit on the screen.Wiiware was announced at e3 2007 as well.After the Mario Kart stuff he talks about the new gamers.Then a new video comes up on the screen.After the video he talks about the mass market and brings out Satoru Iwata.He would talk about games we would care less about.While reggie talked about Wii Fit Shigeru Miyamoto would come up on the stage.Shigeru Miyamoto with nate talks about Wii Fit.After Reggie and Shigeru Miyamoto try out Wii Fit Nate and Shigeru Miyamoto get off the stage.Reggie then gives his closing comments and another Video comes up on screen and then after that video ended so did Nintendo's E3 07 press conference.E3 2008 starts tomorrow at around 12 PM eastern standard time or 9 AM PST for those who live in that time zone.Microsoft will be up first.I will be doing my E3 2008 prediction for what i think Nintendo will show for the Wii and DS next.Since Microsoft is first my prediction will come tomorrow before Microsoft's E3 Press Conference.

E3 Preview Day 2:E3 2006 Wii, DS, and Twilight Princess

Nintendo's E3 2006 Press Conference started off with Shigeru Miyamoto doing one of the songs from Ocarina of Time no need to tell you which one if you've played the game.after that EXCITE TRUCK™ pops up on the screen.It shows someone playing it then what we know now as Red Steel pops up after that.After the screen changes and Shigeru Miyamoto leaves Reggie comes out.He then starts talking and says if all you want is Next Gen you're in the wrong place.He then goes on to say how playing is believing.After that we see that Wii promo video and people pick up what we will now call the Wiimote for short.In that Video we also see what becomes Super Mario Galaxy which we have all had now for almost a year now.It also shows Twilight Princess the Wii Ported version which was ported from the GCN both versions would later be released with the 2 systems TP Wii with the Wii on day one on November 19th 2006.then the GCN version on December 11th 2006.He then talks more about the Wii and talks about the Wiimote being revealed at TGS 2005.After this he talked yet again about the Wii.Then he goes on to talk about how Nintendo named the Wii.After that another Wii Video pops up on the screen with Wii's games that did and have yet to come out.Then Reggie comes out and talks more about Twilight Princess.Then nate comes out and shows us how TP will be played on the Wii.Then after Reggie says Actions speak louder then words.While this is going on Metroid Prime 3 is shown on the screen.after Metroid Prime 3 Super Mario Galaxy was shown.After he talks about the games from Nintendo he talks about the 3rd party Wii offerings.He then talks about the virtual console for a second or so.After Reggie talked about what the Wii had to offer for that coming year George Harrison came out.He talks about the DS and it's games.One of these games was New Super Mario Bros. for the DS.He then talked about more games like Phantom Hourglass for the DS which was released on October 1st in 2007.Yoshi's Island DS was shown as well and of course the crown cheered as well.George leaves and while he is leaving we saw all the DS games on screen.The Video then ends and Satoru Iwata comes out.He talks about they are going to get some new and former gamers.After all of that he talks about Wii Connect24.He then goes on to talk about Wii Sports.After he finished talking he gets off the stage.Reggie then talks about the first person to be able to play the Wii Contest that Nintendo and AOL had that year.Reggie then welcomes Shigeru Miyamoto back on the stage to announce the winner of said contest.The winner of that contest was Scott Dier.After Scott plays the Wii before anyone else that year Reggie then starts talking again after everyone else on stage leaves.Reggie says his closing comments and that is the end of Nintendo's E3 Press Conference for 2006.

E3 Preview Day 1:E3 2005 Wii,GCN,GBM, and DS

Ok to start off the start of E3 2005 had a screen that showed Nintendo 2005 then below that the word E3.They had a song playing in the background and no i don't know what the name of the song was.At about 02:04 the screen changed and we saw another one and in the song one part said We remain all about the Game and all about you.We also heard in this song like video screen where Satoru Iwata said Actions speak louder then words.In another part of the song it said I am Reggie and i am about kicking ass and taking names and we're about making games.It ends with my name is Reggie.Then Satoru Iwata took the stage and started talking and said he was about making games.After he said he's about asking questions and all that other stuff he left then another screen poped up with words like React and Destroy to name 2 words.At E3 05 we had games like Twilight Princess and Mario Kart DS on that video screen.After the video Reggie takes the stage and tells us Good morning and welcome as we at Nintendo continue to explore the future of video games.Today that journey includes details on a new form of gameplay for Nintendo DS, the first meaningful information about Nintendo Revolution (now called Wii to everyone), and the latest incarnation of a legend.Yes i think you know what legend i am talking about.Now i know many of you today walked around with numbers swimming in your head.360, 16 by 9, 1080, 8.2 gigahurts.Then he says well we'd like to add one more number to the mix and that number is 2 as in 2 Billion Games.That is the number of games Nintendo has sold since we entered this business 20 years ago.Some people might call that a great run i'm here today to tell you we call that a great beginning.Because if if you're ready to move beyond pure numbers to a place where your right brain can envision the best in innovation and the bext in gameplay improvement well you've come to the right place.What we got for you today are previews of game experiences which represent both the highest quality and the most diverse catlog in our history.The key here are 2 little words the word or the word and Nintendo is not an or company with games devoted just to this group or that group we're an and company with games for this group and that group and for groups that even call themselves gamers yet.After stops talking about how the Nes, GB, Donkey Kong Country, Super Mario 64, and DS all changed the game he said more change was on the way.Then he moved on to ELECTROPLANKTON being one of the new DS Games, He even talks a bit more about how the Revolution will be prepairing to storm the gate.Then he said we'd see the next step in them delivering their next billion games.Then he talks more about sales.He starts talking about ELECTROPLANKTON after Sales talk.David Hollands is shown on screen. He then came out with Reggie and showed it off.After David left the stage Reggie then talks about the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.During that announcement he announced Gamespy as their partner for it.He also said that the Wi-Fi Connection would be free of charge.After that this is where he talks about Mario Kart DS and how it's online play will work when it and the Wi-Fi connection would launch in November of that year.He then announced who was on board with making Wi-Fi enabled games as well 25 developers which you can see by watching the Video.He then said he expected us to be playing Mario Kart DS and Animal Crossing DS over Wi-Fi later that year.After he stopped talking about that stuff he then said for those who could not wait to test it out that they'd be able to try it out on the show floor.That got the Crowd cheering very loudly.After this Shigeru Miyamoto comes out and and helps show Tina Wood a few tricks after she shows off Nintendogs for the DS.After that showed off the game boy micro.After this he gets off the stage while on the Screen they show off New Super Mario Bros no need to go into detail about that game since most of us have it by now.After that list on the screen ends Satoru Iwata comes back out.He says we gave you DS, We gave you a new Game Boy and Games to play them on.He then says that you want a Revolution well We've got one and shows it off.The Crowd comes back into the action with huge cheers.He explains more about the Revolution now known as the Wii.He then explains how big it will be.He then explains how you no longer need your Gamecube.after this he finally gets to Backwards compatibility and talks about games for what we now know as the Virtual Console.He then explains how that will make us all feel young again at least for a little while.He then shows on screen about core, casual, and new gamers.During all of this on 42:23 Iwata talks about Nintendo having the next gen versions of Mario and Zelda already underway.Then after he gets off the stage George Harrison comes out.He then talks about GCN and the games for it.Then a Screen pops up showing off the new GCN Games of that year.After that George says We have saved the best for last with Link.He then talks about Link being apart of our history as Gamers.I know that him and Mario are more apart of mine then Sonic is.After he explains all of that the Link with Zelda which then later becomes a poster for walls pops up then after that they show the Zelda TP Video that Nintendo Power Members myself included would get when we subscribed to Nintendo Power later that year.Of course we all know how the Crown would act here as well.Reggie comes out after the Video to announce Eiji Aonuma.EA starts talking and then shows off a little TP Demo sized as a DS Demo.He does the Classic Zelda chime as he pulls it from his pocket.He said please enjoy it and thanks again before getting off the stage.Reggie comes back says how closing comments then that show ended until 2006.You can watch all of this plus what i skipped by clicking the link above.I will do day 2 of this E3 08 Preview tomorrow at around the same
